I purchased two of your 400x400 skylights, please explain how we can remove the insect screen for cleaning. Also do you sell spare parts. One of our skylights is taped shut for this trip, it won’t stay shut when driving (I forgot to close it once & stuffed it) or will I have to by a complete new one. Beth asked on August 9, 2024

Hey Beth,
You will need to remove the handle and drop the internal garnish to clean the insect screen.
Regarding parts, I believe you would need to purchase a new unit.
