I don't have a wiring diagram for this light sorry, it is just 2 wires, positive and negative.
I am unsure if you can wire it up to your RedArc system.

No sorry this light does not have any memory. If it is turned off it will not remember its prior setting and will reset.

Nice looking light. The Amber light is also handy when there are lots of insects around. The insects are less attracted to this coloured light than they are with white light.
