Really happy with our purchase so far. Bought from their ebay store two years ago, it had a very rough install (due to us cutting the hole too small, we didn’t read their excellent instructions!) and still going strong. It’s just a great design in general, was cheaper than anything else we found, arrived fast and has been nice and satisfying to use.

Quick postage both times and just cannot give up the chance to show people the 5 Step Ladder, especially by cleaning the solar panels on the roof of my van.
